I just started working with Coach Lucy and she's awesome! She takes the time to explain her methods, what each exercise does and where to focus my attention, and is really observant of what works/doesn't work for my body. She's also great about making sure I have the information I need to do my "homework" in the most convenient way, whether that's in a written Word doc or in video format. I would definitely recommend Synergy Fitness!
